Trying Out Typology Parisian Skin Care Products
I have been one of those people who have explored the topic of Parisian beauty and how to attain it.
At the base of that exploration is an embracing of simplicity. Typology is a brand that is quietly luxurious and has that “don’t try too hard” vibe.
Typology is a minimalist French skincare brand that was founded in Paris in 2019.
Typology is known for its vegan, cruelty-free formulations while also having simple, high-quality ingredients. I really appreciate that Typology focuses on transparency because every product will list the key active ingredients and percentages, so you will know what is going on your skin.
Even the packaging is refreshingly simple and eco-forward.
You can really feel the “less is more” philosophy in both the formulas and the aesthetic.
But these are not the reasons I keep using the Typology products that I purchased.
Recently, I recently picked up a few Typology essentials to try for myself. I started by purchasing these four products: the Tinted Concealer, Tinted Serum, Glow Drops, and Tinted Lip Oil. I have now used them several times and I’m completely sold.

Typology Tinted Serum
The Tinted Serum is an easy to use, great feeling product that immediately impressed me with its sheer, natural finish.
It feels incredibly lightweight, so much so that you can barely tell it’s there.
The coverage is light, but it leaves your skin looking healthy and even. This is a great product to incorporate into your routine for casual days or work-from-home mornings when you just want a little polish without the heaviness of foundation.
It does not include SPF, so if that is part of your routine, you would want to add that step when applying your skincare.
I’ve been pairing it with the Tinted Concealer, which blends beautifully and adds just the right amount of coverage under the eyes or over small imperfections.
The coverage is medium. What I love most is that it does not seem to settle in wrinkles or smile lines.
Remember that a little bit goes a long way, so you will not need to use a lot of products to get some coverage.
Typology Glow Drops
Then there are the Glow Drops. I had seen YouTubers, like Hannah Alonzo talk about these products on their content and when I saw them use glow drops, my interest peaked.
The Glow Drops provide a bit of highlight to the cheekbones or wherever you would like a bit of glow. These drops could be one of the most fun parts of my Typology make up routine.
They’re luminous without being glittery and give this effortless, dewy highlight that catches the light perfectly.
Typology Tinted Lip Oil
Now to my favorite… Tinted Lip Oil. This lip oil is one of those rare products that both looks and feels amazing.
The finish is glossy but not sticky, and it leaves my lips soft and hydrated.
I selected the color soft pink, but I look forward to my next purchase of Typology because I am eager to see how some of the other colors look.
Summary – Trying Out Typology
Overall, Typology has won me over with its easy, clean beauty approach.
The Parisian Easy Aesthetic is all about simplicity and timeless beauty.
This is such a fun way to approach a face of make up but really just look dewy and fresh.
One more note, the bottles and tubes are beautiful and simple. I have mine sitting on my bathroom counter because they are too chic to put away in a make up drawer.
